Hello, my name is Cat, a newer DJ on KYGT. I am a Colorado native, who grew up in Golden, Colorado. Living close to Red Rocks, the greatest concert venue in the world, I developed a love for modern music since I was a kitten. Idaho Springs became my home twelve years ago. I love to play a variety of music from folk, to bluegrass and country, to new music hot off the presses.

My children and I have four cats and two dogs, thus, derived the name Cat. I have a true love of the outdoors, and I am also a visual artist. You might see me here and there painting pictures of our beautiful landscapes in Clear Creek County. When I am not painting or chasing the animals around, I will play my piles of music for you on alternate Sunday mornings.
